Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Career Coach to lead life-skills workshops, motivate K-8 students, and use Coachbot analytics to drive weekly app goal completion. You will also administer mastery assessments and adapt sessions to different age groups on an on-site campus.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years working with K-8 students, with relocation support available to multiple U.S. campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years working directly with K-8 students in educational or youth settings.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and giving and receiving feedback.
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and incentive systems.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re-coach any student who does not pass.
• Adapt workshop playbooks and create new sessions to land material across ages.
• Be the trusted adult who upholds standards and supports students.
