Job summary

Crossover is hiring for a full-time, on-site Career Coach to work across Alpha campuses in the United States. You will lead life-skills workshops for K-8 students, drive motivation sessions, and oversee mastery assessments using Coachbot analytics and school incentives. Relocation support is available for multiple cities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years with K-8 students, plus the ability to work in person and manage high-energy groups. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any subject.
At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students: classroom teaching, tutoring, athletic coaching, camp leadership, or youth program work.
Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Run one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and giving and receiving feedback.
Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and Alpha incentives to drive 100% weekly app goals.
Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re-coach any student who does not pass.
Adapt the workshop playbook and build new sessions to suit diverse ages from kindergartener to 8th grade.
Be the adult who holds the standard and the trusted person students talk to.
