Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure or technical operations.
• Experience with Active Directory user and group management.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
• Create, modify, and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
• Assist with Group Policy administration and troubleshooting.
• Support virtualized infrastructure using VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
• Perform system patching and routine maintenance.
• Monitor backup jobs and assist with disaster recovery testing.
• Provide onsite support at remote locations as needed.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs.
• Manage incidents, requests, and asset tracking via ticketing systems.
