Job summary

Private Label Staff is seeking a Jr. Systems Administrator to support daily IT operations, server, storage, and network maintenance across locations in Florida. You will assist with backups, patching, Active Directory, and documentation to improve reliability and security.

The role requires foundational networking knowledge, experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and a willingness to learn cloud concepts. You may travel occasionally to support infrastructure needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years IT experience in technical support or junior admin roles.
• Strong AD, Group Policy and basic networking knowledge.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup concepts.
• Ability to document procedures and support cross-location infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and administration of virtual servers in VMware/Hyper-V.
• Assist with patching, updates, and maintenance to reduce vulnerabilities.
• Maintain and verify backup systems and participate in DR testing.
• Support Active Directory user/group management and Group Policy.
• Configure core services like DNS, DHCP, and certificates; document SOPs.
