Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit in West Los Angeles, CA seeks a Junior Process Engineer to support process design, automation, and data-driven improvements. This 100% onsite role collaborates with Process Engineers and cross-functional teams to boost efficiency and data accuracy across systems.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree, strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, and programming basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Solid Excel skills and familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Understanding of data hygiene and data management.
• Basic coding and documentation experience.
• U.S. Person status due to contract requirements.
• Background check and drug test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scripting codebases (Python, JavaScript, Zoho Deluge) per Engineers.
• Plan, implement, document and maintain processes across teams.
• Create data-driven visuals to support leadership decisions.
• Support data hygiene and accuracy in current systems.
• Collaborate on automation initiatives with BI and IT teams.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
