KCS KenCrest Services is seeking a dedicated Employment Support Specialist to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving competitive employment. This mobile position involves working on site with participants in Jonestown, Aston, and Allentown, providing essential job coaching and support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, 3 years of experience in supported employment, and must hold a valid driver's license.

The role includes developing tailored accommodations, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and tracking progress until job stability is achieved. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Supported Employment services required.
• Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
• Candidates must be ACRE certified or have their Certified Employment Support Professional accreditation.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Individualized Resource Team to develop customized support.
• Provide job coaching to help participants acclimate to their worksite.
