Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is a family-owned cleaning and maintenance company serving educational, office, industrial, healthcare, and specialty facilities across North America. We are seeking a Lead/Working Supervisor to join a client's site, a self-motivated team player who can lead and develop staff while working independently.

The position runs 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Wednesday to Saturday, paying $16.00 per hour.

Formación

• Experience leading janitorial teams at client sites.
• Ability to train new employees and supervise on-site operations.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Oversee cleaning tasks and safety compliance.
• Coordinate multiple projects and schedule.
• Respond to emergencies and client requests.
