Job summary

Haggard & Stocking Associates Inc is seeking a Vending Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves installing vending machines at customer sites, supporting and repairing units, and maintaining precise customer databases with employee details and product SKUs.

You will work with the vending support team to tailor programs to client needs. Strong data-handling and customer-service skills are essential, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and data handling.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Install vending machines at customer locations.
• Support vending machines including repairs as needed.
• Update customer database with employee names, IDs, SKUs and usage.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support and assist in creating custom vending programs.
• Coordinate with vending support team and other departments.
• Interface with customers as required and provide accurate information.
• Access corporate databases containing pricing, margins, inventory, and customer data.
• Participate in vendor training programs for various manufacturers.
• Contribute to IT tasks and projects as assigned.
