Job summary

Haggard & Stocking Associates in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an experienced Vending Specialist with a technical aptitude and comfort handling databases and customer interactions. The role is full-time and onsite, with hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering a competitive hourly salary and opportunities to impact our vending programs.

You will install and support vending machines, update customer records, and collaborate with the vending support team to tailor programs to customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in computer/information technology or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Install vending machines at customer locations.
• Support of vending machines, including repairs, as needed.
• Update customer database records including employee names, ID numbers, product SKU's and inventory usage.
• Provide pre and post-sales support and assist in creating custom vending programs tailored toward customer requirements.
• Work in coordination with other members of vending support team.
• Interface with customers as required.
• Access corporate database containing pricing, margins, inventory volumes and customer pricing.
• Participate in training specific to the various vending manufacturers offered by Haggard & Stocking.
• Work on other IT tasks and/or projects as they are assigned.
• Other tasks incidental to the position may be assigned.
