Martin Inc. is seeking a Vending Support Specialist to join the team in Franklin, IN. This full-time role supports on-site customer operations, including loading/unloading, stocking vending machines, and managing inventory within a 75-mile radius.

Responsibilities include vendor-managed inventory duties, communicating customer needs to the branch, and performing basic warehouse tasks. A clean driving record and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management or related fields.
• Strong customer focus, work ethic, and ability to work cooperatively in a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Ability to drive a cargo van.
• Meet the driving criteria of Martin; insurance requires age 21.
• Operate a vehicle safely and abide by state laws while traveling.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.).
• Pass a D.O.T. Physical and a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance on-site at customer and Martin locations.
• Load and unload product on-site at customer and Martin locations.
• Safely make deliveries within a 75-mile radius.
• Perform Vendor Managed Inventory duties.
• Fill vending machines and store inventory at customer locations.
• Communicate customer concerns or needs back to the branch.
• Perform basic warehouse functions: order picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, cleaning.
