Job summary

In-Telecom seeks a Dedicated IT Technician to provide hands-on IT support at our Wilkes-Barre, PA location. This fully onsite role requires daily presence and direct end-user assistance, hardware diagnostics, and coordination with remote teams to ensure service levels.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT support, certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+), and experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, and ConnectWise ticketing. Local travel not required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of IT support experience.
• Onsite, Monday–Friday, Wilkes-Barre, PA.
• Experience in an MSP environment is a plus.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues at the site.
• Troubleshoot workstations, printers, and network problems.
• Manage ticketing in ConnectWise and coordinate with remote teams.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure and inventory.
• Provide desk-side support and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
