Job summary

In-Telecom seeks a Dedicated Onsite IT Technician to support Beaumont and Baytown locations. The role focuses on high‑level technical assistance, client-facing support, and ensuring consistent service delivery at client sites.

The technician will manage a ConnectWise ticketing board, coordinate with remote support, and work Monday–Friday as a salaried employee. Reporting to Megan Tynes, this position requires regular client-site presence.

Qualifications

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are preferred.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Experience with ConnectWise and ticketing systems.
• BA/BS in CS or a related field is required.
• 4+ years of IT experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT issues at onsite locations.
• Coordinate with remote support for escalations as needed.
• Manage ticketing board in ConnectWise and document resolutions.
• Maintain onsite IT functionality and process documentation.
• Assist during onboarding/offboarding and user training.
