Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking an IT Technician to join our in-person team at Seattle’s home mountain. The role focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving issues, and delivering reliable end-user support to staff across departments.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and cloud-based tools (Office 365, Google Workspace).
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software on desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Preferred degree in Computer Science or IT; POS system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and device drivers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Provide end-user support via help desk, in-person, phone, email, or remote assistance tools.
