Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie in Snoqualmie Pass, WA is seeking a Summit I.T. Technician for an in-person role to maintain our IT infrastructure and provide reliable on site support to staff.

You will install, configure, and update software, troubleshoot hardware and software across Windows, macOS, and Linux, and help users with technical issues via help desk, in person, phone or remote. Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and cloud tools (Office 365, Google Workspace) is

Qualifications

• High technical aptitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and cloud-based tools (Office 365, Google Workspace).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, POS and peripherals.
• Physical cabling installation experience.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting tools is a plus.
