Job summary

UPS is seeking a Technician responsible for delivering IT services and project deployments with strong cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee cost, staffing, equipment inventory, system compliance, and security while ensuring a high-quality customer experience across locations.

The role requires the ability to train staff and customers, monitor expenses, and use technology to track projects 24x7. Occasional travel to UPS facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (operating systems/software).
• Experience with VPN, Remote Desktop Apps, Active Directory and various Web browsers - Preferred.
• Technical Certifications such as A+, Network+ - Preferred.
• Technical work experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures the successful execution and implementation of customized solutions and organizational initiatives by leveraging root cause analysis, KPIs, SLAs, and cross-functional teams.
• Leads and coordinates the delivery of a customer experience for IT services, support, and project deployments.
• Maintains cost, staffing, equipment inventory, system compliance, safety, and security of resources.
