Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support and resolve technical problems via ServiceNow tickets
Coordinate maintenance for networks/servers and hardware configurations
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain devices and software including OS patches
Provide on-site training and support for mobile devices, VPN, Citrix and remote users
Assist with inventory, asset disposal, and property receipting
