Job summary

JCC of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking an IT Coordinator to manage the day-to-day on-site IT operations and the maintenance of our technology stack and hardware across multiple sites, including Squirrel Hill, South Hills, Family Park, and Emma Kaufmann Camp.

The role coordinates hardware, network, AV, and vendor relationships, develops documentation and user training, and ensures cyber security and data protection in collaboration with the Systems Coordinator and Finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of administrative technology experience.
• Experience with IT hardware and software management is preferred.
• Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary on-site IT contact for hardware, network, and email environments.
• Coordinates projects with third-party IT/AV providers.
• Supports IT needs for all JCC sites with on-site visits as needed.
• Develops documentation and training materials for technology use and policies.
• Ensures a secure technology environment and triages cyber security threats.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Administration, or related field
