Regional Food Bank in New York State is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to provide hands-on technology support across offices and departments. The role blends Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration, plus administration of core business applications.

Ideal candidates will troubleshoot hardware and software, communicate clearly with staff, and learn new systems quickly.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent education and 2+ years IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly to staff at all levels.
• Willingness to learn multiple new systems quickly and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, phones, and network access.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory; manage user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support core business applications (RingCentral, Primarius, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT) and coordinate with vendor MSPs.
• Document IT processes and create simple how-to guides for staff.
• Coordinate with HR and department leaders on timely technology setup and equipment retrieval.
