Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience in IT.
• At least two years in IT or desktop support.
• Strong troubleshooting, hardware/software comfort, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support across locations.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and AD tasks.
• Configure user accounts and permissions; onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs; test fixes.
• Document IT processes and create user guides.
• Protect confidentiality and maintain professional knowledge.
