Job summary

JMARK is seeking a Network Engineer II to join our team for a dedicated onsite role with one of our banking clients in Tulsa, OK. You’ll be the trusted technology resource, working closely with JMARK’s broader engineering and service teams to maintain network reliability, security, and performance.

The role emphasizes ownership of network infrastructure, documentation, and proactive problem solving, with client communication and accountability at its core.

Qualifications

• Approximately 24–36 months of networking experience in a MSP or similar environment.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and WAN technologies.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA, Network+ are valuable.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at client locations, including Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced onsite and remote network support for the banking client.
• Troubleshoot complex network, security, and infrastructure issues.
• Install, configure, and document network changes and migrations.
• Collaborate with Project and Support teams on client initiatives and projects.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
