Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking an IT Customer Service Technician to deliver end-user IT support at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama. You will respond to tickets, diagnose hardware and software issues, and guide users through solutions in a fast-paced government environment.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of IT support experience; Secret clearance to start. This is 100% on-site with potential after-hours support to maintain mission readiness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• End-user support, ticket response, resolution, and escalation for apps/SP.
• Diagnose computer hardware and software issues and guide users through solutions.
• Handle telephone inquiries and use the service desk to assist customers.
• Provide technical guidance on hardware/software installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Support government software/hardware and resolve issues.
• Provide frontline IT assistance and follow-up on trouble tickets.
