Cordoba Corporation, a leading CA-based engineering and design firm, is seeking an IT Technical Support for the Facilities Sector in Los Angeles. You will troubleshoot incidents, support onboarding/offboarding, and manage deployments across the airport footprint.

Role requires 5+ years experience, strong Windows/Office 365 skills, and ability to lift 40 lbs. This is an onsite position with responsibilities at multiple locations and events. Competitive salary bundled with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• MIS degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in PC hardware troubleshooting, including diagnostics and component replacements.
• Solid LAN/WAN troubleshooting, including cabling, switches/routers, IP conflicts, and VPN issues.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge and patching/updates management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 deployment, troubleshooting, and user support.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming Help Desk emails and support tickets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues per established procedures.
• Document outages/incidents and assess severity and impact.
• Escalate issues as needed and communicate status clearly.
• Submit service requests in Freshdesk, IT Service-Now, and related systems.
• Complete onboarding/offboarding for staff and oversee deployments/relocations.
• Provide hardware/software installations and IT support for events.
• Train new department staff and provide computer orientation.
