Job summary

Vivace International Corporation is seeking an IT Support Technician to serve as the local point of contact for employees across production, engineering, and administration, delivering day-to-day technical support and endpoint management in a precision manufacturing environment.

You will ensure reliable user and shop-floor technology, assist with security policy compliance in a CMMC L2 / ITAR setting, and collaborate with the platform team to escalate infrastructure issues as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a help desk or desktop support role.
• Solid Windows, Microsoft 365, and endpoint troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Responsibilities

• First-line IT support across shifts.
• Endpoint management - imaging, deployment, patching, lifecycle.
• Hands-and-eyes support for shop-floor data-collection devices and terminals.
• User account and access support via the platform identity system.
• Adherence to security policy in a CMMC L2 / ITAR environment.
