NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a 100% in-person role in Northwest Arkansas. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, deploy and image devices, install updates, and work with vendors to resolve complex issues, supporting diverse campus users.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a related field and at least two years of hands-on IT support experience, with strong communication and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
2 years of experience supporting computer hardware, software, OS, printers, and enterprise tech environments.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues and collaborate with vendors.
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot computer hardware, software and printer issues.
Deploy and re-image computers and laptops for campus use.
Install software and updates on computers and laptops.
Create images for new devices and maintain knowledge bases.
Analyze logs and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty parts and quotes.
