Responsibilities

• Deploys, image, and re-deploys computers for students, faculty, and staff.
• Install software and updates on company laptops and desktops.
• Analyze logs and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
• Travel to offsite locations to troubleshoot and repair as needed.
• Document issues and resolutions in knowledge base and ticketing system.
