Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist for a 6+ month onsite contract in Clayton, MO. The role focuses on imaging new hires' laptops, QA, and dispatching bundles, while providing strong end-user IT support for hardware, software, and peripherals.

You will also handle incident resolutions and ensure SLA adherence within EUS onsite deliverables. The candidate should have solid customer service, familiarity with Windows 11, MS Office, and ServiceNow; imaging tools like Pixie boot; and be a reliable

Qualifications

• Experience with an enterprise level ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
• Imaging and QA for new hire laptops; handling bundles.
• Provide end-user support for IT equipment, apps and services.
• Familiarity with Fulfilment Centres concepts and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Imaging laptops for new hires and QA; create new hire bundles.
• Dispatch and retrieve hardware bundles for hires/terminations.
• Provide IT peripherals support (mouse, keyboard, docking station, etc.).
• Perform incident resolutions and fulfill requests; follow up on hardware processes.
