Kentro is seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to provide support for the VA-ESOM contract across the United States. You will offer both remote and onsite assistance to ensure optimal operation and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in computer science or electronics engineering, with at least two years of experience in IT support. This role includes physical tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond to customer needs proactively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk, or System Administration.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of lifting equipment up to 50 pounds.

• Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems.
• Deliver remote and desk-side technical support and respond to IT support tickets.
• Set up and maintain user accounts and support connectivity.
