Job summary

Cognizant in Bentonville, AR is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver end-user computing support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will provide onsite and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, and Windows systems, handle imaging and provisioning, and manage asset lifecycles and inventory.

Responsibilities include resolving incidents, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing ServiceNow tickets while ensuring timely,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support.
• Experience imaging, deployment, and device provisioning.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with IT ticket management and service requests.
• Asset inventory and lifecycle process familiarity.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with users, vendors, and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Windows systems.
• Perform laptop imaging, device provisioning, and software installation for new hires.
• Maintain desktop OS and hardware for reliability.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Administer IT asset lifecycle activities including inventory and audits.
• Support workplace infrastructure and basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and provide Outlook configuration support.
