Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services® is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to deliver L1/L2 desktop and endpoint support in the Indianapolis patient-support contact center. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, configuring equipment, and ensuring secure access for staff.

You will handle Active Directory/Entra ID, password resets, VPN, and basic network issues, support VDI environments (AWS WorkSpaces/Azure Virtual Desktop), and assist with onboarding, training waves, go-live activities,

Qualifications

• Two or more years of hands-on desktop support in a business environment.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, password and MFA support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with call center telephony or softphone platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite L1/L2 IT support across the contact center floor and training areas.
• Assist onboarding, go-live activities, and high-volume readiness events.
• Troubleshoot endpoint devices, printers, headsets, and dual-monitor setups.
• Diagnose connectivity issues and escalate to network or infrastructure teams.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems and knowledge base.
• Maintain inventory of assets and ensure security controls and HIPAA requirements.
