Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience running IT onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Self-starter with a proactive, service-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on deskside support at NYC Global HQ.
• Run AV for live events at NYC Global HQ.
• Manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices.

Skills

Troubleshooting across macOS and Windows

Supporting conference room AV technology

Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms
