Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the posting country.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience troubleshooting infrastructure and end-user computing.
• Willingness to provide day-to-day and after-hours support, including 24x7 as needed.
• A+ certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for end-user computing in Wood River Refinery.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and radio programming issues.
• Coordinate resources to complete projects, service requests, and refresh activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support refinery IT needs.
• Maintain documentation for systems, devices, and processes.
