Job summary

D&H Distributing, a 100+ year old employee-owned technology distributor, seeks an onsite Technology Service Center specialist in Clearwater, FL. You will handle day-to-day ticket management, end-user support, and incident escalation to ensure first-call resolution for Windows and related systems.

Collaborating with colleagues, you will deploy and maintain IT equipment, assist with shipping, and travel to distribution centers as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of impeccable customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• One-year technical certificate or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, onsite, and remote end-user support (Windows).
• Provide equipment and cabling support onsite and at Distribution Centers.
• Install and teardown IT equipment onsite and at Distribution Centers.
• Utilize ServiceNow to create, assign, triage and escalate tickets.
• Investigate and troubleshoot applications, OS and peripherals.
• Deploy and maintain desktop hardware, IP phones, scanners and peripherals.
• Test new applications and OS for compatibility.
• Ensure asset management library is accurate.
• Assist with boxing and shipping of equipment.
• Work onsite several days per week; travel to DCs as needed.
