Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of technical support experience in a Windows environment.
• Experience with virtual desktops and both remote and in-person support.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Monitor the service desk ticketing system and serve as the first contact for colleagues with responsive support.
• Maintain high customer service levels, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and resolve problems with Windows OS, virtual desktops, laptops, and network connectivity.
• Elevate complex problems to senior teammates while keeping the user informed.
• Update ticket documentation with issues, steps, and solutions.
• Identify recurring issues and work with the team to address trends.
• Create knowledge base articles on basic system operations and troubleshooting steps.
• Prepare computers and accounts for onboarding, offboarding, and upgrades.
• Assist with software install requests, scripting, and automated deployments.
• Maintain accurate inventory of workstations and IT assets.
• Provide in-person support for conference rooms and urgent requests.
