Job summary

Ovation Workplace Services Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to support day-to-day onsite IT operations, coordinating technician staffing, attendance, and service continuity.

The role acts as a liaison between the delivery team and the customer and may provide hands-on IT support when needed. The position requires 2–3 years in IT operations or related coordination, with strong organizational skills and experience managing escalations in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in IT operations, service delivery, or coordination.
• Experience coordinating onsite technical teams.

• Basic to intermediate desktop hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team attendance and timekeeping for ~20 technicians.
• Manage backfills and resource rosters; open job requisitions as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for onsite operational issues and escalations.
• Maintain attendance records and SLA/compliance reporting.
• Provide hands-on IT support to cover resource gaps.
• Oversee asset logistics and equipment deployment.
