Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of end-user IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of metrics, KPIs, and data insights.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report on on-site IT metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain on-site IT performance in line with SLAs.
• Oversee regional hardware and site configurations (PCs, printers, tablets, phones).
• Collaborate with vendors and manage service requests within approved workflows.
• Lead incident and problem management and coordinate with teams during crises.
