Job summary

KeyState, LLC. seeks an Associate - IT and Operations to be the in-house tech contact, keeping devices, networks, and office systems running smoothly.

You will work with the AVP – IT and Cybersecurity and Stimulus MSP to manage onboarding, asset inventories, and technology changes in a regulated environment. You will support laptops, conference rooms, printers, VoIP, and Microsoft 365, ensuring security and documentation compliance while assisting with cyber awareness and incident response.

Qualifications

• Handson IT support or administration experience (1+ year).
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms and practical workplace use.
• Ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
• Onsite work during normal business hours with occasional afterhours support.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as inhouse point of contact for tech issues and triage requests.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and device deployments.
• Configure and troubleshoot laptops, monitors, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Hello, and endpoint tech.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and lifecycle records.
• Coordinate with MSP Stimulus and vendors for maintenance.
• Assist with office operations and workstation setup during moves.
• Support network connectivity and basic troubleshooting with vendors.
• Follow IT and cybersecurity policies and report incidents.
