Job summary

Infinity Group USA LLC in Las Vegas seeks an IT Support Technician to join the team at our Summerlin office. You’ll own desk‑side and remote end‑user support, helping colleagues stay productive as the business scales.

You’ll build the IT function from the ground up, manage Microsoft 365, security, devices, and network infrastructure, and partner with senior leadership to shape how our technology supports growth and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years’ experience in an IT support, help desk, desktop support, or IT technician role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, ideally including Entra ID, Exchange, and Intune.
• Experience working within a ticketing system such as Jira.
• A working understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Sound knowledge of cybersecurity basics and a security‑first mindset.
• Audio‑visual experience, such as setting up and running AV for presentations, conference rooms, or live sessions (advantageous).
• Event support experience, including technology setup for seminars, workshops, or company events (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day desktop and end‑user support for laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools, both in person and remotely.
• Manage and resolve support requests through Jira, prioritizing effectively and keeping users informed from first contact to resolution.
• Administer user accounts, access, and licensing across Microsoft 365 (including Entra ID, Exchange, and Intune) and Rippling.
• Own the onboarding and offboarding technology experience, including device setup, account provisioning, access removal, and asset tracking.
• Maintain and monitor the Summerlin office network, Wi‑Fi, firewall, and connectivity, coordinating with vendors where needed.
• Apply and uphold cybersecurity best practices, including device security, patching, multi‑factor authentication, and user awareness.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and internet and telecommunications partners.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing (including Zoom), and audio‑visual setup for presentations, team meetings, and events.
• Maintain clear documentation, asset registers, and how‑to guides, and continuously improve systems to reduce recurring issues.
