Savers | Value Village is seeking a Sr. IT Security Engineer in Boise, ID, to lead security engineering across cloud, applications, and networks. You will implement risk-based controls, advise stakeholders, and align with governance frameworks.

Role requires 8+ years in information security, experience with NIST/ISO 27001/SOC 2/PCI, and hands-on security tooling expertise. Hybrid work model with two days on-site in Boise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security or related field.
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to drive security, privacy, and risk governance.
• Develop and maintain enterprise security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide security guidance and risk assessments for projects and operations.
• Embed secure-by-design principles in SDLC and governance processes.
• Monitor threats, regulatory changes, and vendor advisories.
