Job summary

INOX SOLAR USA is seeking an experienced Onsite IT Manager to oversee the company’s day-to-day information technology operations at its manufacturing facility. This role will ensure reliable IT infrastructure, support production operations, and maintain cybersecurity while aligning with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 5+ years IT experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing Windows environments, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of IT security and data protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations at the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain IT equipment including servers, workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage onsite network infrastructure, switches, wireless, firewalls, and connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate IT asset management and equipment lifecycle.
• Provide hands-on technical support to employees and managers.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HR, Finance, and leadership on technology needs.
