INOX SOLAR, a solar manufacturing company, seeks a Legal Manager to oversee legal affairs, contract obligations, and regulatory compliance. You will provide practical guidance to executive leadership and collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Sales.

The role emphasizes contract management, risk assessment, and negotiation in a manufacturing/industrial environment, with responsibility for visa processes and corporate governance support as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field; JD preferred.
• Minimum five years in legal roles within corporate or manufacturing settings.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee legal compliance, risk management, and policies across the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and external counsel as needed.
• Manage employment-based visa and immigration processes in collaboration with HR.
• Support corporate governance, records, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate litigation matters and manage outside counsel when required.
• Provide practical legal guidance to executive leadership and teams.
