Job summary

GFA World in Wills Point, TX is seeking an experienced Information Technology Coordinator to lead the IT help desk and application development team. This senior role manages 8-10 staff, oversees vendor relationships, and ensures timely IT support aligned with ministry objectives, with a strong emphasis on security and project delivery.

Candidates must reside onsite at our international headquarters and demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional experience in information technology.
• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT help desk and application development team.
• Coordinate IT projects and vendor relationships.
• Oversee ticket prioritization, assignment and resolution.
• Align IT workloads with ministry objectives.
• Lead response to urgent system issues and ministry needs.
• Approve major IT purchases and manage vendor contracts.
