Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an IT Help Desk Administrator to provide end-user support across multiple locations. Onsite role in the Greater Chicago area with compensation of $60,000 - $70,000 and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Help Desk/Desktop Support/End User Support.
• Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS devices, and AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, business applications, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, networking, and app issues for local and remote users.
• Deliver white-glove support to executives and senior leadership.
• Provision and configure laptops/desktops and related equipment.
• Support Apple iPhones and iPads.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and account management.
• Support conference rooms and video conferencing tech.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation in ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to IT projects.
