Job summary

A technology services provider is looking for a Computer Field Technician to perform hardware repairs and installations at customer sites. The position requires prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Technicians will complete certifications during onboarding, work on a 1099 basis, and receive payment per call completed. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with local travel and available a minimum of 3 weekdays per week.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed.
• Comfortable with daily local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops.
• Complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo during onboarding.
• Log into the tech portal each morning and manage daily calls.
• Pick up parts and complete services at customer sites.
