Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure new hardware for staff.
• Ship equipment to new hires.
• Provide break/fix support for hardware and software.
• Coordinate equipment replacements to minimize downtime.
• Support acquisition integration tasks.
• Build and maintain a shared knowledge base.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for desktop apps, printing, network, and remote access.
• Document processes to ensure quality service.
