Job summary

Getronics is seeking a Field Services PC Technician (L1) to provide onsite hardware support for desktops, laptops, tablets and related devices. You will perform basic to moderate repairs, installations and troubleshooting, ensuring SLA adherence and clear communication with clients.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a technical qualification with 6–12 months of relevant experience, plus comfort with imaging, parts replacements and ticketing tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant technical qualification and 6–12 months of work experience.
• Experience with deskside support and ticket management tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical hardware and break fix services on laptops, desktops, workstations, tablets and associated devices for commercial and residential clients.
• Install, maintain, upgrade and repair IT products.
• Ensure all contractual SLAs are met and delivered within contractual requirements.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with each call per policies and guidelines.
• Carry out routine maintenance activities within established timescales.
