Job summary

Getronics is seeking a Field Services PC Technician (L1) to perform onsite hardware repair and installation for a range of OEM products. Troubleshoot issues, replace components, and support clients with timely, professional service.

Your role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying a toolkit, and coordinating with clients to meet SLA expectations. Basic imaging and setup tasks, desk-side support, and accurate documentation of calls will be part of daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Onsite desk-side support experience and basic imaging/OS knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry a basic repair toolkit.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware repair and break-fix services for laptops, desktops, and tablets.
• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair IT products to meet SLA requirements.
• Complete administrative tasks and document service actions per guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders; coordinate with teams to prioritize issues.
