Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial contact for end users seeking technical support.
• Assist through in-person, remote, phone, and ticketing system channels.
• Resolve issues or escalate per SLA and document actions clearly.
• Configure and maintain hardware, software, printers, and network gear.
• Support AD, Microsoft 365, VPN, VOIP, and CRM/Logistics apps.
• Create knowledge base articles and manage asset inventory.
