Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Field Services Support professional to deliver onsite end-user support across client locations. The role owns IMAC requests, handles break‑fix incidents and supports infrastructure projects, with travel between sites as required.

You will manage asset tagging, updates to CMDB, and end‑user devices using AD, SCCM/MECM and security tools, provide Level 1–2 support, coordinate with vendors, and uphold ITIL processes while

Qualifications

• Requires ITIL incident, request, change, problem and asset management experience.
• Hands-on with ITSM tools (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow or BMC Remedy/Helix).
• Strong Windows and MacOS endpoint experience; familiarity with M365, AD/Entra ID, Okta, CrowdStrike, Webex and printers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ITSM queues and balance workload to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate VIP support, outages and incident escalation.
• Own IMAC requests and ensure proper asset tagging and CMDB updates.
• Provide Level 1–2 desk-side support for desktop, laptop, printers, mobile and AV issues.
• Manage assets using Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, ManageEngine, and security tools.
