Job summary

Clariant in Mount Holly, NC is seeking an IT Engineer to provide daily infrastructure and application support across local sites. You will be the primary contact for IT requests, helping resolve issues and contributing to regional and global IT projects.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support, an IT-related Associate degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience, and strong English communication skills. Expect onsite work with about 15% travel, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in IT support (hardware lifecycle, imaging, troubleshooting, Microsoft Suite).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Travel approximately 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure and application support across local sites.
• Serve as first point of contact for business requests, escalations, and IT challenges.
• Participate in global and regional IT projects.
• Maintain and implement the Standard IT Service Framework.
• Act as internal IT Consultant/Analyst for new demands and tasks.
• Meet ServiceNow KPIs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure continuity.
