Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides and enhances customer support for IT services and projects, ensuring resources meet needs.
• Leads workflow of service requests and supports IT projects for a facility or group of facilities.
• Prioritizes and schedules daily service requests, directing technical resources to meet needs.
• Triages problems independently for network and applications, documenting actions and keeping customers informed.
• Coordinates procurement and asset management for IT services and products and supports desktop/telephony maintenance.
